Canadian Telehealth · Now live in British Columbia

Telehealth that closes the loop.

Most telehealth companies prescribe and disappear. Most AI health tools can't actually treat you. HOPE does both — Canadian licensed physicians who prescribe, plus an app that follows you long after the consultation.

What we treat

Starting with one. Adding the rest.

We launch with GLP-1 weight loss. Then men's health, women's health, hair loss, mental health — the full scope of modern telehealth, with the integrated app layer others don't have.

Why HOPE

Closing the loop.

One side prescribes but doesn't follow you. The other side follows you but can't prescribe. HOPE is the only platform that does both.

Telehealth Companies

Prescribe, then disappear.

  • Questionnaire, prescription, ship.
  • No long-term care relationship.
  • No integration with daily data.
  • No app, no insights, no follow-through.
  • You're a transaction.
AI Medical Tools

Advise, but can't treat.

  • Suggest, summarize, explain.
  • No real physician in the loop.
  • Cannot write a prescription.
  • No legal authority to actually treat.
  • You're left to figure it out.
HOPE Health

Treat and follow through.

  • Canadian licensed physicians prescribe.
  • Health Vault for every record. (app — coming soon)
  • AI insights from wearable data. (app — coming soon)
  • Care Circle for family and clinicians. (app — coming soon)
  • You're a patient, for the long term.
Inside the appComing soon

Where the conversation actually goes somewhere.

Most AI health tools can advise but can't prescribe. Most telehealth flows demand a long intake before they'll talk to you.

HOPE collapses both into one moment — a real answer from an AI that knows your history, then real care from a Canadian licensed physician, in seconds.

HOPE AI
I want to lose some weight. Where do I start?
For most people, the foundation is a small calorie deficit, regular movement (especially strength training), 7–8 hours of sleep, and managing stress. Steady progress usually looks like 1–2 lb per week.

If you've stuck with these and aren't seeing change, GLP-1 medications can be worth discussing with a physician.

Clinical credibility

Built with physicians. Backed by clinical data.

HOPE was built in partnership with Canadian licensed physicians and a clinical organization with patented biometric device technology, whose large longitudinal patient dataset informs our long-term AI roadmap. Our medical lead, Dr. Ahmed Abuhelala (CCFP, MRCGP), brings 18+ years of family and emergency medicine and a decade of telemedicine experience. We're a clinical platform with a beautiful front door.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is HOPE live now?

Yes — the GLP-1 weight loss program is live for British Columbia residents. The HOPE app (Health Vault, AI Insights, Care Circle) is in development; join the app waitlist for early access.

Which provinces does HOPE serve?

British Columbia today. Ontario and Alberta are next, then the rest of Canada. If you're outside BC, join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment your province opens.

Is HOPE only for Canadian patients?

Yes. Our physicians are Canadian-licensed and our clinical partner is Canadian. International expansion is on the roadmap.

How is HOPE different from other telehealth companies?

Most telehealth platforms stop at the prescription. We don't. After your consultation, you stay in the HOPE app — Health Vault, AI insights from your wearable, Care Circle for family and clinicians. The prescription is the start, not the end.

How is HOPE different from AI health tools or general medical AI?

AI tools advise, summarize, and explain. They can't actually treat you, write prescriptions, or take medical responsibility. HOPE pairs every patient with a Canadian licensed physician — so the AI works for the doctor, not in place of one. We close the loop.

What does the AI actually do?

It surfaces patterns from your wearable data — sleep quality, activity, weight trends, mood signals — and presents them in a way you and your physician can actually use. The physician handles medical decisions. The AI handles longitudinal patterns and lifestyle nudges.
